This production line realizes the fully automatic production of N95
mask, mainly including coil feeding, nasal bridge tendon feeding,
ultrasonic pressing, ear feeding and welding, folding and pressing,
mask pre-cutting, finished product cutting and other processes,
completing the entire production process from raw materials to
finished products.The equipment of our company can increase the
size of automatic make-up mask by machine vision to ensure the
yield.The N95 mask is comfortable to wear and has a good filtering
effect, suitable for all face types. The filtration efficiency of
the N95 mask for particles with aerodynamic diameter ≥0.3 m is more
than 95%, which can effectively prevent airborne microbial
infection, effectively protect health care workers and ordinary
people, and the protective effect is far better than ordinary
planar mask.
